Comments: Not sure if you *have* to be a paying customer? You'll go past bar/wait staff on your way in, so you'll be obvious on arrival. Maybe just ask? They let people hang out and play boardgames at the table, so I doubt they're sticklers? Open from 3pm till late Mondays, and 10am for the rest of the week.
