Comments: Staff will welcome you when you come in, but are unintrusive. You don't have to purchase anything. If you browse you may be approached to see if you are finding everything ok. There are two, single stall gender neutral bathrooms, which are cleaned daily and open to the public. The store as a whole is mid-sized and generally pretty mellow in terms of traffic. As an art establishment the store both employs and attracts a fair amount of LBGT+ folk and allys.
