Directions: Enter from east entrance that is slightly underground; you will need to take slight stairs to get here. You will arrive on the ‰ÛÏL‰Û floor. Follow hallway a little bit in. Gender neutral restroom should be right next to gender specific (women‰Ûªs) restroom; both are sort of tucked in a pocket in the wall. Building is very rounded and dark, and kind of secluded.
