Directions: The Kaiser Permanente office on Foothill Blvd has all-gender, single stall bathrooms with changing tables on every floor I have visited (def 1, 3 and 4) and all I have visited are wheelchair accessible.

Comments: You do not have to be a member to enter the building, and no one will bother you if you just wander around until you find a bathroom.
