Comments: Ignore the ground floor toilets, which are single-sex spaces, and go upstairs for unisex rooms. This is a university building and open to the public. It looks like you need to be official uni staff (offices, etc.), but staff don't keep tabs on who's wandering the halls. Students come in for meetings all the time.
