Directions: Second floor on the north end on the right -- two single stall unisex bathrooms. 3rd floor on the NW side by the gallery -- unisex accessible bathroom. Other neutral bathrooms but those are the easiest to find.

Comments: The Capitol can be intimidating but it's fully public, very safe, and full of other wandering visitors so don't worry.
