Directions: Turn to the left to go into the bar area of the restaurant, walk all the way to the end of the bar and you'll see a door with a restroom sign on it on your right.

Comments: As far as I can tell, you don't have to be a paying customer, but I have only visited the restaurant on a day when it was being staffed by one person for some reason. The restroom itself is single-stall and has both a toilet and a urinal.
