Directions: Lower level; stairs and elevator in rear of building, and accessible entrance is also in rear. There are 2 restrooms; not sure about changing tables.

Comments: Available to the public when building is open, which is normal City Hall business hours, plus any time Lost Nation Theater is performing a show (Th-Sun eves, sometimes weekend matinees, mostly summer plus some spring and fall weekends), plus any time the Basement Teen Center is open (2-6 M-Th & 2-10 Fri).
