Comments: You do have to pay to get into the zoo (or have a membership) to get to the Waterhole Cafe. The toilets at main entrance (free access) are gendered except for the accessible toilet. The Waterhole has 8 unisex toilets, including two ambulatory toilets, an accessible toilet and a parents room.
